HELP!!!!! Wagovan is messed up can't figure it out

Alright, so my buddy picked up a wagovan for like $300 bucks it runs and drives. However there is a slight issue. It sounds like there's a misfire on the #3 cylinder. We pulled all the plug wires and when you pull the #3 plug wire the engine does nothing where as when you pull the others it stumbles like it's supposed too.
Here's what we have done so far. Replaced the spark plug well seals. distributor cap, and rotor. Also replaced the spark plugs. Here comes the kicker. We pulled the plugs the 1 and 2 cylinders where dripping with oil I mean absolutely soaked. The #3 was black and a lil' oily but not too bad at all. The #4 cylinder was white like no other it was absolutley the whitest spark plug I have ever seen.
Thoughts are a possible fuel issue since the spark plug is so white. However this whole DPFI thing is new to me.
Plans are a turbo vitara z6 setup and mpfi in the future but for now just want to get it runnin pretty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

swap wires, then do a compression test.
