buy yourself a compression tester.

put a little oil in the cylinders, enough to seal round the rings, if the compressions raise, u might need some new rings.

try a leakdown test also

For an old ass car thats not bad. Its expected what does the motor have 200k+. The motor is tired nothing that isnt normal

Typical stuff worn hg
rings/walls had better days
beat up bearings
old pumps
head that is blacker then Wesley snipes

for driving it to buy tall cans and work its nothing to worry about

^took the words outa my mouth. its nothing too extreme. low but not too bad. now if it was a fresh rebuild i would be pissed. like the other guy said pour a cap full of oil in it and redo the comp test and if the numbers go up you have a problem. if they stay the same then dont worry about it.
