Help me! Big problems with VAFC and 450cc injectors

Ok, here's the dillema. I have a D16z6 with 450cc saturated injectors (no resistor box) and a VAFC. I also have a venom intake manifold (but it's been modified for all the stock sensors and stuff (IACV and fast idle valve and stuff). Here's the dillema. The motor won't idle. It bounces between 2500 rpm and almost stalling. No matter how much or how little I change the lowest part throttle setting on the vafc, my autometer A/F gauge bounces between slightly lean (at near stall) to very very rich at 2000 rpm. Any ideas on how to fix the idle?

Also, could the ECM be causing this to happen? I heard that honda ECM's will handle up to 310cc injectors, but won't the vafc be able to compensate for that?

Uhm.. You probably have unregulated air entering your intake manifold. Like, the EACV isn't making a good seal or something.

Throwin' any codes? If not, then I would definatly check your EACV seal. Also, check your mechanical IACV on the bottom of your throttle body, I had to ghetto rig mine with a roll of duct tape, some washers, and bobby pin. (Don't ask) But when that was leaking, I would get a shitty "bouncing" idle.

Check all seals and vaccum lines and see if they all have destinations.... I haven't farted around with the Venom intake yet but I don't think there are many vaccum lines... also where theres a check valve take that line off and see if it idles okay. I think your biggest problen is that you are running 450 CC injectors. They are so big that even though the pulse width is the same its dumping fuel into it with out air and flooding it out when the injectors open. I hope you are running a turbo or high compression cuz there is no need for that big of injectors on a N/A stock compression car. Why would you need that much fuel if you can't match it with air to be mixed with it?

Well, I'm halfway done with my turbo kit, just not yet. I wanted to get the manifold installed with the injectors before I put the turbo on it. Plus I need to get it to work (all my tools are at work)
