Help with LS timing belt

I am getting fuked up the ass with this timing belt problem. I was driving from work the other night and the timing belt skipped on me. It kind of bogged like it wanted to die when I give it more gas. I got home okay and everything wasn't okay and plus it was late so I decided to leave it for the morning. So Saturday morning comes and I decided to redo the timing. I took the belt off and was on my way. Anyways, I set the cams to TDC by making sure everything is lined up to the holes on the no. 1 camshaft holders. The intake cam was jumpy when you get near the TDC hole, I mean it would turn over as soon as it gets close there. Anyways I had to grab a 4.8mm pin punch to align it. Then I set the crank to TDC by making sure the piston in spark plug # 1 was at TDC. When I put everything back, and started it up..it would sometimes idle for a second and die back down. I also tryed setting the crank at TDC by lining the TDC mark by the crank pulley to the lower timing belt cover...however still does the same ----, doesn't want to start and sometimes if it does it dies back down.

Question is...the TDC mark on the crank pulley is all by itself right? the lonely one by half an inch away from the other three?

Anyone has idea wat the fuk is going on cuz the dizzy is also pointing the no. 1 spark plug and...to me everything is at TDC but I could be wrong. I've done timing on GSR, Si and SOHCz but this ---- is beating my ass. I also installed a Xenocron 255 fuel pump about a day ago but fuel was being deliver just fine.

450cc DSM injector w/resistor pack
T3 .60 .63 turbo
Xenocron's 255 fuel pump

help greatly appreciated guys! Thanks!

did you bend some valves when you skipped some teeth?

I don't think I bent any valves. I would of heard it if I did.

I don't know, sounds like you know what you are doing when it comes to installing Timing belts and you only have this problem after the belt skipped...bent valves is my guess

No CELs or anything?

No there is no CEL wat so ever. Bent valves...could be heard even for a novice. When it skipped, there was no sound of valve being bent. I mean I drove home okay and everything, it was just a bit choppy. I parked it overnight then got to work on the timing. Then this sucker won't start up anymore.

hmmm...

I have heard of dizzy bearings going bad/ seizing cause the Belt to skip, could it be possible the dizzy is on its way out?

Have you checked to make sure you are getting fuel and spark?

Yup...i checked the spark but unpluging the spark plug wire and using a forehead as a rod saw spark fly towards it. Fuel I hear the fuel pump prime when positioned to On...I also had a spare dizzy and swapped it. Still no luck. Smell a lot of gas when trying to start too...if that helps. Like I said I am out of ideas here. I also tripled checked the spark plug wires and firing oders...everything is right on...Just this timing ---- doesn't seem right.
