how much torque do i put on arp head studs for a gsr and a type R motor?

The instructions should have the tq specs but since you posted about it I would assume you don't have those....I've installed multiple sets, I tq them to 40ft/lbs first then go to 70-75ft/lbs. Im sure you would be fine with that. Make sure you only tighten the bolts hand tight, then tq the NUTS to what I said...DONT tq the bolts.

Sorry if it seems like I explain it as though your dumb, thats not the intention, just dont want you to mess up

but i was told with thit the assembly lube its like 80 lbs.
but 75 sounds better to me
