Default Head gasket problems help please....

I just recently put a b16 in my EF and I am having some problems. I started it up and oil was shooting out of the head. So I replaced the head gasket and it is still leaking (not spraying anymore) oil out the head very slowly. The oil has already gone milky from coolant mixture. So my question is does anyone know what might be going on? I have pulled the head off three times already and re-torqued many times... I bought the motor off someone on craigslist and i thinked I got screwed over. I don't know what to do from this point so I need some input. Could this be caused by a warped head? Just wondering if I should even bother messing around with this engine anymore. I am going to the desert on deployment in a couple of weeks so I am trying to get this finished up. Any help is much appreciated thanks

I have never ever in my years seen a warped head from a honda. The only thing is gasket leftover on mating surfaces which isnt bad on b series motors since they use metal headgaskets.

yea it has dowel pins in it. There was no gasket leftover on the head or block. i cleaned and wiped down everything before putting the head back on. Is there anyway to check the head or does it neeed to go to a machine shop? because I was planning on getting A b18 block now and going with LS vtec but i don't want to go through all that trouble of the head is bad. I don't even really care about the block, my head is the main concern.
