Thanks for the link but that still doesn't help me becuase the D16Z6 top rad hose points straight at the front of the car and is not on the side of the head like this guy's. So If I tried to do this the angle would be too great to get the top rad hose on

use a top water outlet from a 88-91 civic/crx... ::)

You just have all the answers don't you. Thats a good idea. Now my next problem is I don't have the room to lean my rad back that far. I think I'm just going to build a custom cross member. Estimated date of completion: 2010

oh my bad guess i didnt read that very well...i have never had cooling problems, i used that high flow fan. i dont have that setup anymore cuz i got into a little accident and the radiator was toasted. i run a EG radiator now, single core, still no problems even on a turboed B18...
