Default h23 any good?

are h23's weak motors or what? i did a little googling and didnt come up with a whole lot of them boosted, i guess they are not to common though. id only be aiming for 250-280ish probly on a budget setup

motor currently has a blown headgasket so i got the car cheap, my other option is to throw a accord motor in it from a 95 ex sittin outside my friends shop its at, dont wana do all that work unless thats just a way stronger motor

so with turbo in mind should i fix the h23 or throw in the f22? dont really feel like doin the swap but the car is clean so its worth it i guess

that would be a killer set up h23 tend to put down the same hp/tq so with your 280hp goal you'll have about the same tq which is booboolitious. i got a h23 i'm curently building right now i love the freaking motor. i'm putting on a .60/.63 60 trim on mine. shooting for the same power you are. for a manifold i just bought a t3 flange off egay and welded it to a dsm mani since they fit
