Default h22 just installed...need some tips

Hey wasup guys.

Just finished putting the H22 in my friends accord, but we ran into some problems. Upon installation, the engine fired right up with no problems, but was very very slow. Like d15 carb slow The exhaust smelled very lean, so we put an a/f ratio guage on it and it is running really lean-almost off the guage at full throttle. We changed all the sensors, put a new TPS on it, new injector o-rings, new injectors, cleaned out the fuel rail, hooked up a fuel pressure guage and it's getting full fuel pressure. This problem is killing us! Anyone have any suggestions about what the problem might be? He's got a brand new venom fuel pump also. I'm starting to think his computer is dead. *sigh* please help!

Did you plug in the Prelude ECU?

What ECU? What codes if any?
Other than running rich, does it idle steady? If so, have you set timing w/ the IACV unplugged?

test the TPS for voltages at idle and WOT it may not be reading WOT and therefore running it at part throttle in closed loop mode reading the o2 for fuel maps.

It's the correct ECU - JDM H22A. Yah we installed a new TPS and checked the voltage it was perfect at idle and at WOT. Someone else wired the o2 sensor backwards, do you think that could have messed up the computer?
