I figured it out on sunday.

My CYP sensor and TDC sensors were reversed thanks to a diagram on Honda-Tech :1 thats what I get for following a diagram instead of checking things myself.

For the recond, if the CYP/TDC sensor is not functioning correctly the injector circuit is disabled. When in limp mode the ecu ignores those two sensors and thats why I could start it up in limp mode

but hey it runs good now. I just gotta find myself a p13 so I can make it run like a factory car

I had a similar problem with my obd1 conversion, took me forever until I found a FSM for the integra and looked at all the wiring myself. So many HT type diagrams go by "wire color" and that can vary depending on years

Hows it run?
