h22 in a 90 crx?
 
;D ok i got a 97 prelude with 83,000 on it for like $250 some dumbass with no insurance blew a tire and ran it under a tractor trailer and pretty much tottaled the car sept the engine and the tail lights some other odds and ins.. but anyhow i was wonder will the engine fit in my 90 crx looks kinda big for the engine bay thought maybe someone would know? i drive tow truck so i get cars like this.. :)

check hasport.com and see if they have a mount kit for it.

Hasport doesnt make a kit...yet

it will be a custom affair...

yea and a 90some accord with a 2.3 for like 500 and sold the rest of the body for 400.. ;) anyone wanna buy a 2.3 ? or a h22?

yea ebays lookin promissing h22 with no tranny and nothin else goin for 1500 - 1800 and i got everything well i have to to pry it outa the wrecked ass prelude and see whats left.. hope its all good. then ill let u know how much.. :)

Check out placeracing.com there site is down but they make a mount kit with everything needed to swap in a h22 in any 88-91 civic/crx.

id say sell the motor and get a b18c or atleast a b16. To me, a h22 is too big/heavy for a daily driver, or for anything else other then a straight line car.

An h22 swap in a crx is a god. Throw a MASS turbo on, and have over 300 hp to the wheels (for a dependable street car)... oh, sounds like cheese to me.
