Default gsr swap almost done.. just a couple dumb questions left!

on the hf engine the engine coolant sensor is on the back of the block.. right? next to the oil filter?

if im not mistaken there were 2 sensors back there.. one of them a 1 wire.. and the other was a 2 wire?

on the gsr engine.. are those 2 sensors under the dizzy?

one stupid question at a time.

thanks,
lol

wait.. the ones in the back of the block were oil pressure sensors....

here is that sensor on the hf engine

its got 2 wires.. one solid yellow, and one green/black

here the the sensor PLUG on the gsr side.. sensor already in the block..

its also got 2 wires.. one solid green, and the other yellow/red

so basically i need to know if its green/black to solid green and solid yellow to yellow/red
or green/black to yellow/red and solid green to solid yellow

Your threads always confuse me. Start the car if you have codes fix them your making this harder than it has to be. Coolant temp sensor is always on the head

buk, you're not going to hurt anything if you don't have a sensor hooked up or switched or whatever. Worst case scenario is that it wont start, 2nd worse is that it runs weird, both of which can be troubleshooted (is that a word??) by cel or by tinkering. Stop looking at diagrams and go see what fits in what socket.
