got it to move two blocks! now fuel pressure problem, need advice

well i got it running decently well untill about 3K, and i drove it two blocks about 15 minutes ago... im running really lean up top 14+ AFR, so im re-burning the map as we speak to richen that up

but i have a fuel pressure problem i think... i had it started and running, and my fuel pressure stayed at about 20psi for about 2 minutes, i bliped the throttle from the engine bay a few times, then it jumped to the normal 60psi... anyone know what might cause this?

and for any who read my previous thread... i think the un-sprung 6puck was a bit much for a DD, but it's not too hard to get used to ;D
