Is this a good price???
okay I'm planing on doing a swap to the REX "crx" I found a shop that only deals with Japanese motors/Transmission, and for 659.99 I'll get a ZC motor, and Transmission, and for $400. he'll install everything. Here's the thing I'm not into racing my car, but do like to watch, and learn, but I wonna make sure that everytime I turn the ignition I get the most out of the engine/transmission, without burning it ou before it's time so what path should I take
I plan on doing everything by myself, the only reason that I'm not doing the motor/transmission swap is cause I've never done something this major on a car, but I promise you on my other 90 Civic HB I will. When I say path I mean the best way to use my engine to the fullest without having to use NOS, Turbo etc... just basic bolt -ons, but the best way to use'em
it's not that hard to do a swap...
Just requires a little more than basic car knowledge, some good tools, and a free weekend.
My swap was the 1st swap I've ever done, 1st time I ever did anything that hardcore to any car, and I did it almost completely by myself in just under 3 days
