fuel problems ..HELP PLEASE
 

i think the sensor on my fuel pump went out it wont turn over but iut will crank,.. you kow that noise you here when your car is priming it self when u turn the key over that noise it makes well it's not making that noise.thats why i think it is the sensor or somthing. is there any ways of fixing besides going out and buying another one? or is there any other way of checking it..
i think it is time to replace the sensor or what ever it is because i dont think it has ever been change it has probly about 250,000 miles and how ever many cranks on it..lol.
note:i have a b16a1 in my 1990 ls integra

could also be your main relay. It tells the fuel pump to turn on when you put your key in the ON position to let it make that priming sound. Also, instead of replacing it with a OEM piece you can now upgrade it to a walbro 255lph pump (if u need to replace the pmmp)

thats what i was thinking is that it was the relay i had a brain farty when i was writing but i think it is that i would rather it be the pupm i am cheking out my car now i am bout to pull the back seat out and check the pump i hope that i dont have to drop the tank but i think i should be able to get at it from inside but i will see i would rather it be the pump so i can get the walbro ;]..i have to figure out if it is the upmp or not i am not sur ein how to do that cuz i dont think my car is getting any fuel at all.. but i duno any more info will help thnks..

you should be able to access the fuel pump under the rear seat. (thats where it is on a 4g civic/crx, i dont see why it would be different on a g2 teg). Its under the metal cover that is under the seat.

check the main relay. that's probably what it is. you can try a new one (20$?) b4 u try a pump (100 or more)

if you can get one there for 20$ let me know i buy it off you for 40$ plus shipping ;].. but yea i found it under the back seat i pulled it out and looked at it.. i think it is my relay as well because i can start it with starting fluid and it will run so the pump is doing it's job ;].. but if anyone knows where i can get a re;ay from for a decent price let me know. thank you all again
