Default Fuel Problem/ECU problem

I got my project car to turn over today, but it won't start. After i cranked on it for a bit i pulled a plug and it was dry, which tells me that there isn't any fuel. I can hear the fuel pump prime. What does that leave me with ? If fuel is getting to the fuel rail, than the injectors aren't firing which means a bad ecu ? Any other ideas ?

I used a noid light and nothing. I have power at the injectors, but no ground. The way that i understand it the computer completes the circuit by grounding the injectors out. I don't get a ground, so i'm thinking that it's a bad computer or teh crank position sensor in the distributor since that tells the ecu when to pulse the injectors. Any ideas ? When i'm cranking the car over should the crank position sensor be sendinga pulse to the ecu ? Any ways to test the crank position sensor ?

if the noid light didnt flash then your not getting a pulse from the ecu
if u dont get a pulse then the ecu is bad or it doesnt know the engine is moving
also when u turn the key over do u get all the lights on the dash(engine light) to turn on at ign?

if your cyl pos sensor is gone u would get a code

The check engine light comes on when you turn the key on, it stays on like it should for a few seconds than goes off. I'm going to check the computer for codes today to see what it says. If i don't get a code than it's more likely that it's the ecu ?

I'm pretty sure that it's a bad computer. When i jump the service connector to pull the codes off the ecu, the CEL is solid and doesn't do anything. Also when i used the OBDII scan tool to try to pull the codes it just kept saying to turn the key to the on position and it was and it couldn't do anything.
