ok so i was just cruzin around enjoying my turbo, i was all the way in ingelwood on aviation and 120th goin like 45 and all of a sudden my tach surges and radio shuts off all power went down so does the engine. i was like oooh ---- tapped the brakes twice and the mother ******* locked for a sec or two and i almost slammed into the curb
anyway i poped the hood, the damn charge piping hit the positive battery post (the battery is in the hatch tho) melted thu the electrical tape and was stuck onto it. i reset the ecu cuz i felt like it :P turned the car on everthing was ok BUT the is VERY low brake pressure! but when the car is off there is lots of pressure the master cly is full too.
i ------- drove all the way home going like 30 mph using the engine for braking power

Doesnt sound related. Brake are mechanical.

werid, hmmm...coincidental i guess anyway i need my brakes! what do i do?

i agree. but they are vacuum assisted. mabye when it surged excess pressure went into the booster.... try disconnecting the big vaccume line between the booster and the checkvalve, then reconnect

That ---- happenedto me in my CRX, the aem intake hit the positive batt connection on the battery, thats why i wnat to relocate anyways, it fucked my car up, alsmost started a fire!!
