PR3 head, guides dont wanna come out
I broke 1 and made a groove in the port when i missed which I now gotta fix with jb weld.
WTF
Anybody remove these before without busting the ---- outta them?

junk the head, its not even wrth your time

now i remember, if you tak it to a shop what they do is, remove the valve , stick something on top of the guide then press it out

i broke both ends and drilled the middle in hopes it would break

heat it up,

you gota on alloy heads, if you have a gas( not petrol kinda gas lol ) or diesel/parafin space heater, bang it infront of that for about 1/2 an hour till its nice and toastie,

and you need to make or find a " hitting stick " lol one end must be around 10thou smaller than your valve stem diameter, then stepped upto around 10thou smaller than the outside diameter of your valve guide...

put on some leather welding gloves, put head on blocks of wood, and hit the ---- out of it!

pressing new ones in and machining your seats to suit is another story.....

I dont even know why I had to touch my valveguides.
I blame KTeller for taking so long to ship my valvetrain and getting me bored.

heard it before,

people bring heads down the shop, and they've " had a go " at guides and seats and well, cocked it up!

blame it on someone else haha
