if i put forged pistons in my d16z6 turbo at 12psi would i be able to hold a 50 shot?

i would be worried about the rods not the pistons as much...

 

indeed, rods are more of a concern with D-series...

Btw, why go 2 types of forced induction? why not just have a trick boost controller that you can adjust on the fly? 12 to 16psi would feel pretty good.
