Default Fluttering please help

I was driving home from school the other day and I just put in a B18B for boosting purposes. I have broke it in and it now has 1000 miles on it. I decided to open her up once and like something broke. Whenever I floor it and its at wide open throttle the car makes like a fluttering noise. I though maybe that i blew a weld on the exhaust, cuz that is the sound it makes. I checked and found nothing visibly wrong. Please give me suggestions to what i did.

what i meant by fluttering is, when i floor it the car kind shakes and it sounds like it is farting, i guess that is the best way i can put it. Like imagine a go carts loud putting noise it makes, putt putt putt putt

Do you have a vacuum or boost gauge? If you have a fucked valve your vacuum levels will flutter with an idle that doesn't flutter so much.

What?

You were detonating? It sounded like pinging? Or flutter?

Check your plugs ---- head.
