i'll be attempting mine tomorrow morning. can i just mix the devcon all at once and have the proper mixture? i'm guessing that after i'm done i won't have much left anyways so i might as well just mix it all. will that work?

overhere in belgium we got the devcon c1 and it can take temps up till 260 °, the f-2 can only take 120°. i would guess the c1 would be a better choice

Seeing as how that's Celcius, 120 deg C is fine. Think of how hot the coolant should be, max. In a properly maintained vehicle, it is a non-issue.

You think?

How about that 1500+ deg F exhaust stroking against that aluminum head that melts at 1200 deg F?

Seriously, I have a spool of thermocouple wire here, and will be placing probes in the cooling jacket and cyl head of my built LS to log this ----.
