Few last things

Ok so I got the new z6 throttle cable stay, now I realize I need the z6 throttle cable, the y7 is too long.
Another thing, where does the small 1/4 inch coolant line go? Can I t-off the coolant line running to the IACV with this one aswell, making two coolant sources.

It is best described as https://static.flickr.com/81/205392432_88f5e3a5d4.jpg on the left hand side of the picture, where the big coolant line is next to the small coolant line. I have both of those hooked up but then on the z6 manifold there is another small 1/4' coolant line underneth the larger coolant line. So there is one larger hose, and two smaller hoses in that area. I have one small and the one large hooked up, that leaves one that spits coolant.

I only run that larger hose. I would plug that smaller one

I am running both the large and small hose. Its just that below both the large and small hose in the picture, there is another small hose, that spits out coolant. Should i still plug it?

plug it.

As long as you have the necessary coolant lines, you will have no problems. I dont even run coolant lines to my TB on my track car.

yeah, from what ive heard, a lot of people dont even run coolant to the iacv/tb cause its a major headache.

Ok. So I ordered a z6 throttle cable, I plugged the coolant line, but now my idle is around 2k and goes from like 1700 to 2500 rpms, SOME TIMES! There is no throttle cable on it right now, it appears that the TB rotor is staying shut, im leaning towards it being the plugged coolant line, ive played with the flat head screw ontop of the tb, but that just makes it fluctuate even more.

Its all better now, Idle sits nicely at 1k steady, even with heat on. The reason for the high idle was the missing component of coolant, i filled the radiator too the top, started the car, let the bubbles come out, put the cap back on, let the car idle for 15 min, i shut the car off, and filled to coolant to the top, I need wait til tm to drive it, I need a z6 throttle cable, and thats hopefully it. :6
This saturday is opening day at the local strip, think ill give it some trial runs, going easy on it. >:D
