f22 odyssey junkyard build

I have a buddy that wants to turbo his minivan with as little cash as possible.

He don't want much boost and says he don't even want to upgrade injectors or tune. Basically he wants a 6 lb setup. I told him no way on the injectors but lets hear some responses. The van is basically an accord, same chassis. What would be a cheap jy turbo that the map would be useful on his sohc non vtec f22? Van is a 95-96 I believe. I told him a 14b would be nice and cheap but im not sure he could find a cheap many with that mhi flange.
Any and all responses will be appreciated!

There are a couple variations on the F22. If yours has equally spaced exhaust ports, the Eclipse turbo manifold is almost a bolt on; I believe you have to enlarge a couple bolt holes. The Eclipse's turbo would also make sense.

For tuning, you could use a rising rate FPR, and an MSD BTM (or, if you want to hurt your off-boost drivability, you could back off the distributor - wouldn't be my first choice). You'll need SOMETHING to add fuel and pull timing under boost, or his next thread is going to be about what engine swaps can fit.
