Default f22 help!

Good day,
I currently have a 90 4door accord, has a f22a1. I fell in love with turbos after i had my 280zx turbo. Im starting to set some cash aside to build another f22 that can handle high rpms and turbo. Im going to build my own turbo kit but was wondering what you would all recommend on what i should do to the engine to wistand a abuse and be able to push around 200 hp with 8psi boost. I was thinking about doing a h22 swap but i herd it can be a bitch doing swap with all the wireing and computers, also herd that f22 blocks are stronger for turbo. Any suggestions will help, Parts, cost, anything will help. thanks
