exhaust trouble

hey guys... im new around hmt... anyway. i have a b16a and im runnin it at 7psi... i live in pakistan, and here we dont have 3 inch flexible pipes available (i have 3 inch downpiping), i have a straight pipe from front to rear...

the problem it causes is that as a result there is pretty hard vibration at a specific rpm (around 5.5-6 k rpm) which bothers me alot (my car is completely daily).

the easiest solution is to put a 3 inch flexible pipe, but as i said before it isnt available here...

the joint where my manifold is bolted to the exhaust pipe also gets loose after a month or so or so and it needs tightening...

and if i bolt it on too hard, the vibrations will cause the manifold to crack, and thats not good news. :X

so basically what i want to know from you guys is that what can i do in this case? any suggestions?

any way i can replace that flexible pipe with something else so that i dont face this problem...

or any way to make that flexible pipe myself.

the max size for flexible pipes we get here is with an external diameter of 2.6 and an internal diameter of 2.5 inches...

another thing i want to know is that if i put that flexible pipe in... how much of a performance compromise am i making... and can it cause any other problems? (cause i really dont want problems :3)
