hey guys if you put headers on your car, and keep the stock muffler will the exhaust noise stay the same as stock?

 

NO, it will sound like ----. use a 99-00 ex D16Y8 stock header/manifold.... dont waste your money on an aftermarket one.

 

well the aftermarket header is already on the car, but I sold my magnaflow muffler, and picked up a stock integra muffler, I'm trying to find the y8 stock manifold, but having no luck will a lesser year manifold work? I just had a baby, I'm tryin' to put the 96 coupe back to stock I'm only left with these exhaust manifold dilema. So I'm guessin' no EG6 series will fit on the y7?

 

any of the 00 and older D series manifolds will work.
