enginge building advice? (2 huge pics)
The gouges arent very deep, and i only need this engine to last me about 30-40k miles. Should i poney up for the boreing, or would i be alright just to say ---- it and put it back together?

Bah, I wouldnt stress at all man, I've had way worse and have seen way worse. It may smoke a tad at the high rpms down the road. But I'd just slap in the new rings and call it good.

I got the engine pretty cheap. i was told; "it just has bad compresion in one of the cylenders." like a box of fucked up chocolates.

Just besure to clean the deck of the block, because that composite head gasket is still stuck to that block.
