i think my block is kinda filled/flooded with water... is there any way i can get it out easily? thanks....

yes its a mix... but how can i get it out? or basically i'm fucked and need a new motor...

 

how did it get filled with water? did it blow a head gasket? did it crack the sleeves, did you pour water in the oil filler? how? what are your plans? you may need a new head gasket, the drain the oil flush the motor with that motor flush thing they sell at autozone. and refill with proper oil/change filter
