Engine overheating,, stock d15
my brothers civic is overheating if you drive over 55. no oil water mix. He replaced the temp sensor. his friend put a new head gasket on it(also surfaced the head and put stem seals in)brand new water pump, 3 different thermostats, good radiator, fans working. after the head gasket it now smokes out he pipe white. anyone have any other ideas? i'm going out there sunday to see what the deal is. more than likely will drop in another motor to save time, but would like to know what is wrong. this motor runs perfectly smooth with lots of power.

start simple...

Re:Engine overheating,, stock d15
if it started after u changed the headgasket i would suspect that first. might be a crack or something wrong with the head too. ???
