Default Homemade hybrid turbo

Hi guys been a lurker here for ages after signing up and after many cars I now have a Skoda Fabia 1.2 TSI VW engine I want to make better. The standard turbo is a rhf3 if I'm correct and can only support 135hp max so I'm looking to keep the original turbo but I need help making a hybrid/higher flow turbo. I wish to keep the original exhaust manifold and turbine and compressor housing. Can I just swap the CHRA for something else or swap the turbine shaft/compressor shaft. A lad from Mexico has got almost 300hp just by doing this but he won't tell me what CHRA or other bits and bobs he used which is fair he set the world record for 1.2 TSI. I can also do all the machining myself And mapping I have also turboed n.a. cars.

cheers !
