electrical issues
 

set up:
ported y7/y8 mini me
garett t3 .42/.48 street tuned with crome @ 9 psi obdII to OBDI conversion harness.
95 si transmission act lightweight flywheel, exedy organic clutch
dsm b.o.v tial external w.g

Problem:

when my coolant temp is below 145 degrees.....
- My car runs like ----.
- (Now that the iacv is fixed) idles at 1700 rpm
- All of my lights pulse while driving, like there is a voltage problem.
- my tach pulses (like up and down while accelerating, and/or at idle)
- speedometer does not work
- when i take my foot off the accelerator while its still in gear the car bounces while decelerating.

when my coolant temp is at 145+ degrees.......
- speedometer starts up like clock work
- idle chills at 700 rpm no pulsing
- no electrical problems
- all of the other problems are gone
- my car runs like a champ...

WTF????
