Re: eg seats into an ef
---- the bolts you don't need them. Find whatever seats you like and just jbweld them in place. :y

Re: eg seats into an ef
Kinda what he said but not really. Just get the seat pan from an eg basically the bulges in the floor where the seat bolts to then cut the stock ef ones out and weld the eg ones in place or if you suck at life and cant weld then use the good ole jbweld tactic :y

Re: eg seats into an ef
or drill new holes and use some good bolts/nuts/pressure washers to hold it in place. not the safest but it works. You can try and fabricate brackets to match the seats and car. The only time I did this I ended up using the bolts, it was easier and I was selling the car.

Re: eg seats into an ef
i gots omeeg seats from a alvage yard for my ef. I drilled the holes bigger, so they fit snug on 3 out of 4 of the brackets. The one that doesnt line up, i am cutting out and fabricating a bracket for it. So right now 3/4 of the brackets are in place

Re: eg seats into an ef
I had toyota celica gts seats, wich are the same as mr2 seats, and i didn't even have to drill anything, i just had to move one slider. and make a little bracket.

You can swap the whole EF pan to the EG seat.

Re: eg seats into an ef
thats the way to go man. itll take like 10 min to make the holes bigger. then just cut off the rear bracket that is off and weld on a piece of metal. Then drill a hole in the metral where needed!! Ill be making my bracket once i get time. how much you pay for youur eg seats? i got a set for 70 in good condition
