eating coolant

well i have an ongoing problem with my mini me eating coolant...it was leaking at the thermostat housing but i fixed that with a new gasket and it still eats coolant. the coolant isnt coming from the exhaust. theres no coolant in the oil. i smell the coolant from inside the car though when i put the heat on. i can smell the distinct smell of coolant. so when i fill the resovoir it goes all the way to the bottom staying at that level but if i fill it up it goes back down. i also noticed bubbles in the radiator. anybody know why theres bubles in the radiator?? i noticed this when fixing the thermostat housing leak

None of what you wrote really made any sense, but if you're smelling coolant inside your car I would check your heater core, it could be leaking.

Why wouldn't your car wanna eat coolant; that ----'s delicious!

It's your heater core.

Heater core, see if the carpet is wet near the firewall area.
