Default Eagle Rod ARP Bolt Question

I got a bunch of eagle rods from two different people. I got a set of 4 bearly used D16z6 rods from ebay and 3 out of 4 are in perfect shape. And i also got a set of 4 bearly used rods from a friend's thrown bearing. Once again, 3 out of 4 are in perfect shape. My question is this, I have 3 with the newer arp rod bolts that are the 3/8 and i have 3 with the bigger rods bolts. The rods are all the same except for the arp studs. I planned on having my srp pistons and eagle rods balanced together with the crank. Have everything done the right way before install. Will i be ok with the different rod bolt sizes, I should just have everything balanced correctly, right?

Have everything balanced together. Call ARP and tell them about the size of the bolts, then ask them for the torque specs for both sizes. Using two different size bolts does not matter but, they should be torqued to the manufacturer's specifications.
