don't buy auto part store t-stat!

I finally fixed my car after 4 months of cooling down at high rpm. I put in two o'rielly t-stats and both of them would cool down at high rpm. So I went to the Honda Dealership and bought one and the car runs perfect. The people at the dealer said those ato store t-stats are peices of crap and they where right. Also the honda one ways about twice the amount and just looks better built.

i think you shoulda just wento vatozone, they are just as good as the dealer for dinky ---- like that, o'reillys blows nuts

btw how much was it from the dealer?

it was $15 from the dealer so it was only $5 more

Stant brand tstats have always worked great for me.

same thing happened to me, had an autozone stat and it was brand new, but it would cool down at high rpms, so i got a honda one and i havent had a problem since
