DOHC ZC in an OBD1 car

Now i know how to boost, Do ITB setups, Change my own head gasket, Lower a car, basically I know alot, What i'm not sure of is how would i go about running an OBD0 engine in my 1993 Honda Civic. is the block based on what OBD you run, or would i simply just use an OBD1 ECU, Dizzy, and other connectors?

Please Explain.

92-93 20th aniv. special edition civic hb. I have gotten a couple of them from soken. Butt dyno says it makes more power than the 88-91 black zc.
