Houses in the sacramento,ca area have reached the low 100's to lower for a typical 3 bdrm home. I will be running everything out of my house and with my brother and I living there rent will be about 225 a piece after my down payment. Conclusion: Once all that goes into effect which is atleast 9 months away I will be running an *** load of new parts/development.
