Does anybody know in what order the spark plug wires go connected?
 

How do the spark plug wires go connected on my 99 si b16a? onto the distributor cap.

1342 from where? I have the two wires that go on the top of the distributor cap and the two that go on the bottom. Also from front(exhaust manifold) to back (intake manifold). 1342 I don't know where to start.

1342 is just the firing order.

He's asking where the plugs go on the dist. cap.

#1 is always the first one on the left of the external plug(or where it would be if your is internal).

then it goes 1-3-4-2.

set your engine to TDC. if it's pointing away, rotate another complete turn. then you know where tdc #1 is, if you didn't ---- up the timing belt

My engine is completely assembled, I wouldn't know when it's at tdc. I think I got the right diagram to the distributor cap wires sequence now, thanks. :1

well...if its assembled you should be able to find tdc pretty easily (there are marks, or you could stick something in a cylinder like a long screwdriver and watch as it goes up)

Car's running perfect now. I didn't have the spark plug wires connected properly and I also had a bad distributor cap and rotor. she purs like a kitten ;D

you know i always just placed a long metal dowel in on the piston top through the spark plug hole and as you turn over the engine the rod went up and down. right at the apex before going down is the tdc.
