They use it a lot in Puerto Rico...
I've seen and read about a 10 sec Swift running stock internals and vitara pistons..on 30+ psi boost..in that area...probably not an insanely big turbo....but good enoug to make some big power on that 1.3 liter engine and take the swift to the 10's

on a budget setup for 100 with rings.. thats a good deal. so i would do it if i was going budget, but like jeff said, not on a ZC the compression will be to low.
