ive been a mechanic for 35 years and i would have to say vise grips. most dont think about using those.

Yeah, I dont go anywhere with out the grips. even the needle nose grips work well

all i use for engine swaps is a hammer and a pair of vice grips.

They don't grab as good as true vice grip.
