Distributer problems??????
 

Ok I just got done yesturday putting my multipoint injection on my dx crx. It runs good but I dont have a si distributer. So it wont rev past 3500. And I would like to know is there ANY OTHER WAY to get it to run right without getting the Distributer. THanks ???

nope ya have to get the dizzy man The dpfi dizzy has a different trigger in it compaired to a a6 dizzy. And no you cant just ger the trigger its part of the dizzy.

Hi, I'm also doing the dpfi to mpfi and need some help with the distributor wireing. I unpined the harness pins and was going to pin them into the SI plug so that it would plug into the SI distributor plug. I have the blue/green and the blue/yellow wire in the right place but the other wires aren't the same colors. there are 2 whites, 1 white/blue, and the orangish wires. Can anyone tell me where each wire goes. In every dpfi to mpfi guide I have found, there isn't much detailed info on the distributor. Also those diagrams and the text don't match. Did anyone else find this problem or what?

the wires fromt he si to dx are all the same you probally dont relize it cause they in different locations but they are the same colors aim me skillz1081 for help and the kid with the dx dizzy in his mpfi you never gonna get it right the si dizzy has a cyl sensor built into the distirbutor to control the injector timing you gotta get teh si dizzy
