Default D16Z6 Swap, 91' CRX Si..........

I bought this car with the swap already in it. It had a B16 swap in it before the D16Z6, they cut the front motor mount off for that swap. The side mounts look to be installed normally, but the back mount seems to be the wrong one, or was installed wrong. Where it meets in the middle doesn't line up with the 2 holes on top and you can only get 1 bolt to go in. What could I do about the front mount being gone(something I could do to relieve the engine rocking) Also the speedo, and tach don't work in the dash, What could be the problem there? .
Please HELP!!!

To solve front mount, put the right back mount and fill it in it will help the rocking. Speedo might not be push in all the way on the trans, it could be broken, or check behind cluster.

He's referring to filling it with polyurathane window sealer. It is a cheap way to make mounts that are a little softer than the inserts, but since it usually takes about a month for it to cure 100%, I would just buy a set of inserts which will make your mounts basically solid. With those, you should be good without the front mount.

You could always just bolt on the front mount, and see where you have to reweld the crossmember to make it fit, but the mount inserts would be easier.

True. Best bet is just make the bask one as solid as you can.
