Default D16z6 manifold on B7

I just recently got a Z6 manifold from a friend, i want to be able to put it on my D15b7. Could i do this and not have any problems or do i have to change a few things out. Could i keep my same throttle cable from the b7 or do i need a z6 throttle cable?

Depending on your MAP sensor setup and which TB you use will be a minor issue, not major.

If the Z6 mani comes with the Z6 TB and your D15B7 uses the firewall mounted MAP sensor you have 2 options.

First option, use the Z6 TB and undo the firewall MAP wiring from behind the fuel filter (good time to change it BTW!) and it will reach the Z6 TM mounted MAP sensor.

Second option, use your B7 TB. You'll need a new TB gasket, Victor/Dana # G31389 from NAPA, about $4.

The ONLY other issue, some D15B7's have a extra water nipple on the water tube. Just cap it off and be done.

I first ran the Z6 intake on my D15B7 over 7 years ago.

Ok, i have a t-body mounted MAp sensor. It will be a z6 manifold, z6 t-body and all z6 sensors. Will i need a z6 t-cable or a b7 will work?
