if your adding a plate, 140 mm rods will be too short

go with the 6" c-c rods

use a d16 block and mill the deck down, get shorter rods and pistons with the rist pin location moved up (any good piston company will make the piston without any problems all they do is change the program on the mill machine)
it might be cheaper that way.
