D16Z2 = D16A6 the beginning...
Hello.I'm new here. I was last week in this site at the 1st time. I found a lot of informations and I started to thinking and calculating and planning...
So my 1st question is the following: How many things(pistons, crankshaft,...) must I change in the engine, when I would apply a turbokit? I can't belive that a stock engine is enough for it.
My 2nd question is: what is the maximum(what not destroy the engine) power from a stock D16A6?
I know, the clutch must be changed. ECU too? I must buy a Haltech or Hondata ECU or I can pre-program this (PM6-X06 with external ROM)
Million times THANKS for every answer.

Depends on the turbo.
D16A6 I would say...with good tuning a bit more then 200 whp your good that's on a stock block.
You can chip de Pm6...go to www.pgmfi.org and look at the forum for Turboedit or go to the turboedit website www.turboedit.org
