i replaced my crank pulley with one made of aluminum and smaller in diameter. now my belt is to loose and my altenater is all the way out on the bracket. what do i do? find a smaller belt? worst comes to worst ill put the old one back on. but this new one is so shinny :P

 

napa 1 size smaller. I went from a 30 to a 29, got a 28 too, but it was too small. Take the old one with you for comparison.
