D16A1 build up Questions???????

I have an '88 Teg w/stock motor(D16A1) that is gettin run down at about 230000+ miles(missin at lower rpms/?dist. or O2 sensor?). I recently bought an '89 Teg motor slighty modified, but its not enough for me yet. I need as many possible measurements or any info for at least the following: stroke, rods, pistons, lifts, valves and valve spring pressures, max cc flow, and comparisons of parts to ZC's, or other similar motors, besides hp & tq. I plan on doing everything myself, I've built other motors, but never an import 4-banger.
The previous owner claims the motor has: had the head shaved (.01), 5 angle valve job, dome pistons, titanium rings and came with H22 injectors(which i really don't think are) I paid $500 for the complete motor and supposed to run as is(havn't got to check it yet).
Any info helps the ---- out of me, Thanx!!

Bottom end parts like pistons and rods will work just fine from ZC's.

Bore and stroke are the same, just like the d16a6. As far as head parts like cams/springs/retainers and ----, its pretty hard to find stuff for the zc. This is why the ZC and a1 are different, I believe Guide sells stuff for the a1, but I have never checked it out.

A1's come with Domed pistons factory, titanium rings? Interesting. The h22 injectors could work, But I am still unsure what they actually flow at. and if they are the incorrect style of injector they can easily fry the ecu. You have 2 different styles of injectors on Hondas, Hold and peak and saturated. How to tell them apart? I think you can check the resistance in them, and they will have different values. Compare your stock ones with the ones on the new motor, just to be sure.
