d16 compression and other questions

ok this might be a stupid question, but i need to know since i cant find a decent d series compression ratio calculator. What will my compression be with a d16y7 bottom end and a z6 head....one place shows the heads as having the same volume but people have told me the ratio will go up. And the y7 pistons have more of a dish with a slightly higher compression heigh i think. Anyone know?...
the other thing is, can i just toss my y7 dizzy into the z6 head so i can use a odb2 d16y8 ecu?.....are there any sensors that i need that the z6 head wont have?

i think they were probly telling you compression would go up, because people put a y head on a d15b7 often,
which will up the compression.

just a guess though
