did a search cam up with JDM VX
are these engines any good?

ummm what makes it jdm? Those came stock in VX's. My neck just hurts thinking about the torque those beast kick out. Cool thing is that it comes with a HF manifold and a wideband o2 sensor if their still on there. It's the odd ball D15 shortblock.

any one ever heard of using the stock 02 (its a 5 wire wide band) as a replacment for a burt out wide band

maybe if the price is right ill pick up the trans (long gears good for road trips) and the manifold

Range is wrong



Transmission is designed around that motor any other motor your hurting mileage. Shifting into 3rd at rev and falling back down to almost idle on a d15b sohc vtec 130 hp motor car was worthless


Threw transmission into scarp yard where it belongs and went and got a 40 and a ex transmission. Then I was pimpin bitches at the donut shop with my vtechhhhhhhhh

yes i agree with any othere motor it sux
but after u boost it its lots of fun
i did a road trip with it and it was great. boost gave me the power and the trans was like having a 6th gear
