Default d15b7 turbo cam?

I was looking into getting a cam for my car but i don't know the fist thing about them, so here is a few questions that would help me.
I did a search for d15b7 cam but didn't come up with to much mostly what i seen was saying to use either the a6 cam or z6 cam but i wanted to double check before i went and bought anything, I also read if you use a 1.6l cam then you need a y7/y8 cam gear is this also true?
Lastly say the a6 cam will work and i was to buy an after market cam for my car what would go best w/ a turbo or should i not use it w/ turbo?
All help is appreciated!

---- cams and head bullshit on stock d series longblocks
Been doing all that ---- for a while and the end result is that your still slow.
If your going to use an a6 cam on a b7 you need a y7 gear
